Simon Jefferson first purchased and established Jefferson Ford in 1980 when taking over the Moorabbin site, which was formerly "Franz Bird Ford".
The company started with as little as 49 staff members.
How things have changed. In 2004 Simon Jefferson has now 4 Dealerships over 11 locations which is now known as the "Jefferson Automotive Group"

In May of 2005 The Jefferson Automotive Group grew bigger again with the purchase of Brighton Nissan and appointed Kevin Swanson as Dealer Principal.
The Jefferson Automotive Group still maintains it is Victoria’s biggest and most successful Vehicle Retail Group encompassing 5 Dealerships over 13 locations employing approximately 600 staff. |
